boltt launches 250+ service centres across India

boltt, a smartphone brand under Fire-Boltt, has established a service network of over 250 service centres across India. The initiative aims to provide accessible repair and warranty support to build consumer confidence as the brand enters the smartphone market with its Evo and Ace 5G models.

The service network covers major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and others. Customers can access component-level repairs, replacements, and software diagnosis by presenting their device and purchase invoice.

Boltt plans to expand this network to between 350 and 400 centres within the next six to eight months and intends to introduce doorstep service in the future. Additionally, the brand has launched Boltt Care, an integrated support platform within its smartphones that allows users to connect with support teams and live agents directly.
