Following the launch, boltt established a service network of over 250 service centres across major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. This network provides component-level repairs, replacements, and software diagnosis. The brand also introduced “Boltt Care”, an integrated support platform within the smartphones for direct connection to support teams and live agents. Boltt intends to expand the network to between 350 and 400 centres within six to eight months and plans to introduce doorstep service in the future.
