Bolu, Turkey reports fatal fuel‑station crash and D‑100 rollover, multiple injured

A light commercial vehicle lost control on the Gerede‑Karabük road near Bolu and collided with a parked truck at a fuel station. The impact killed the truck driver, Adem K., while the four occupants of the commercial vehicle were taken to hospital with injuries.

In a separate incident on the same day, a car traveling on the D‑100 highway near Paşaköy, Bolu, veered off the road, rolled several times on a grassy verge and trapped its driver, V. U., and a passenger. Both were rescued by fire‑fighters and hospitalized with injuries.

Authorities opened investigations into both accidents and dispatched police, fire‑fighter and medical teams to the scenes.
