Borsa Istanbul firms announce new contracts and one filing for concordat

Thirteen companies listed on Borsa Istanbul reported a series of new business agreements to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Highlights include Beta Enerji and Teknoloji winning the Seyhan 1 HES internal‑external supply system tender; Reysaş Taşımacılık adding 51 Renault and 20 Scania trucks plus 42 trailers at a cost of €10.35 million; Golda Gıda securing wheat and legume purchases worth 193.5 million TL; Orzaks İlaç establishing a joint‑venture in Uzbekistan with a capital of $1 million, split 70%–30% between Orzaks and Asia Pharm; and Girişim Elektrik winning a 154 kV project contract valued at 294,348,013.46 TL.

Separately, Barem Ambalaj Sanayi and Ticaret announced it had filed for a concordat restructuring. The company cited volatile raw‑material and energy costs, a halted energy‑investment plant, paper‑mill delays that pushed investment costs to around €200 million, and financing pressures from short‑term bank loans and delayed share‑sale proceeds, prompting the restructuring request.
