Borussia Dortmund Announces Two New Signings

Borussia Dortmund has completed the signing of 18‑year‑old Greek forward Konstantinos Karetsas. After passing a medical exam, Karetsas signed a contract that runs until 2031, with a reported transfer fee of about €30‑32 million paid to Belgian club KRC Genk, which also secured a 10 % future‑sale clause.

The club also secured midfielder Connor Krempicki on a free transfer from 1. FC Magdeburg. Krempicki, 31, signed a deal through 2028 to fill the vacancy in Dortmund’s U23 squad after Michael Eberwein’s departure. Both players are expected to join training sessions soon, with Karetsas’ public debut anticipated during a training showcase and a potential friendly against Arsenal.
