Bosideng debuts at Paris Fashion Week for 50th anniversary

Chinese downwear brand Bosideng marked its 50th anniversary with ‘The Bloom’ presentation at the Hôtel Pozzo di Borgo, making its official debut on the Paris Fashion Week calendar. Designed by Creative Director Pietro Ferragina, the collection integrated Art Deco geometry with Chinese craftsmanship, such as traditional Song brocade and Haipai qipao-inspired tailoring.

The collection featured four distinct lines: Extreme Cold, Outdoor, Business, and Puff. These lines showcased the versatility of down through technical outerwear, sculptural evening silhouettes, and refined city attire. An accompanying exhibition traced the brand’s design evolution and past collaborations with designers including Jean Paul Gaultier and Kenzo Takada.

Following the presentation, the brand held its ‘The Next Great Chapter’ international gala at the Eiffel Tower. The event was attended by various figures from the fashion and arts sectors, including supermodel Coco Rocha and several Chinese actresses.
