Boyacá teams kick off cycling tour, boxing qualifiers and football ticket sales

The Boyacá departmental cycling federation announced its Sub‑23 roster for the 59th Vuelta de la Juventud, starting on 20 July 2026. The squad, coached by Ángel Yesid Camargo, includes climbers Camilo Álvarez and David Riaño, and sprinter Anderson Castro, with a training plan focused on aerobic endurance and mountain stages.

In the opening stage of the Vuelta, Huilense rider Cristian Yustre finished 20th, just 13 seconds behind the leader, showing strong form for the youth tour.

Separately, the Boyacá Boxing League sent a nine‑man team to the national pre‑games qualifying tournament in the capital, coached by Jorge Luis Moracén, aiming to secure places for the 2027 National Games.

Boyacá Chicó announced ticket prices for its 25 July home match against Atlético Nacional at La Independencia stadium. Prices are 120 000 COP for the western stand, 90 000 COP for the eastern stand, and 60 000 COP for the north stand, with sales through the official Tuboleta platform.
