Emergency response efforts are being coordinated through a Fire Command Center established by the Mersin Governor's Office. Mersin Metropolitan Municipality and MESKİ are actively participating in the containment efforts, deploying 8 vehicles and 22 personnel to the site. Firefighting teams from Bozyazı, Anamur, and Aydıncık are also involved in the operation.

The fire has caused damage to several greenhouses and olive groves. As a precautionary measure, some residential areas have been evacuated to ensure public safety.
