Brabus expands into superyachts and launches 1,000‑hp Bodo hypercar
German tuner Brabus announced a partnership with AB Yachts to create a line of Brabus‑branded superyachts. The first model will be unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, with a second slated for the 2027 edition. The yachts will combine Brabus’ design language with AB Yachts’ hydro‑jet propulsion, targeting speeds above 50 knots and a sporty, performance‑focused experience.
In the automotive segment, Brabus introduced the Bodo, a stand‑alone Gran Turismo limited to 77 units. Built on an Aston Martin Vanquish chassis and powered by a tuned 5.2‑litre V12 delivering 1,000 hp (735 kW), the carbon‑fiber car accelerates to 100 km/h in about 3 seconds and can reach 360 km/h. Prices start around €1.2 million, with roughly half the units already sold, underscoring strong demand for the brand’s independent projects.
