Bradesco and Itaú Unibanco launch major real estate auctions in Brazil

Major Brazilian banks Bradesco and Itaú Unibanco are conducting large-scale real estate auctions across multiple states.

Bradesco, in partnership with Mega Leilões, is offering 41 properties, including apartments, houses, commercial spaces, and land. An auction scheduled for October 8th features 20 properties across states such as Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo. Payment options include a 10% discount for cash purchases or various installment plans depending on the property value.

Itaú Unibanco, partnering with Frazão Leilões, has put 21 commercial properties up for auction. These assets are distributed across seven states, including Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Amazonas, and Rio Grande do Sul. Property values range from R$ 95.6 thousand for a plot of land in Minas Gerais to R$ 11.79 million for a retail space in a Curitiba shopping mall. Rio de Janeiro holds the largest share of this offering with seven properties.
