Brandon Flowers releases new single ‘Tiger’s Blood’ ahead of solo album
Brandon Flowers, frontman of The Killers, has released ‘Tiger’s Blood’, the third single from his upcoming solo album, ‘Thrasher’. The track is described as a driving, nostalgic anthem with classic rock and country influences.
Scheduled for release on August 21, ‘Thrasher’ explores Flowers’ formative years in Nephi, Utah, and the influence of his father’s music, specifically artists like Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. The album was recorded in Nashville with producers Shawn Everett and Jonathan Rado, featuring contributions from musicians such as guitarist David Rawlings and harmonica player Charlie McCoy.
Following the album launch, Flowers will embark on a headline tour across North America, the UK, and Ireland throughout September and October. The tour includes a performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 15.
