Brazil Accelerates AI Adoption and Centralized Digital Integration in Business
A recent study by the Brazilian Association of Artificial Intelligence and E‑commerce (Abiacom) shows that 72% of Brazilian companies are still in the early or experimental stages of AI adoption, but adoption among industrial firms has surged more than 140% in two years, positioning Brazil as one of the fastest‑growing AI markets worldwide. Beto Yunes, director of Technology and Innovation at Globalsys, explains that predictive AI shifts firms from reacting to anticipating demand, buying behaviour and churn risk. The technology is already reshaping logistics, where advanced algorithms analyze real‑time data to forecast demand and optimise decisions.
Separately, experts highlight the benefits of a single, centralized digital integrator for companies expanding IoT, M2M and other connectivity solutions across Brazil’s vast territory. A unified operator can streamline contracts, billing, support and monitoring, improve security through consistent policies, and accelerate problem resolution by providing end‑to‑end visibility. Centralised integration also reduces fragmentation, lowers legal and cyber risk, and supports scalable growth for enterprises with distributed operations.
