Brazil extends Enem 2026 registration deadline to June 12

The Ministry of Education (MEC) has extended the deadline for Enem 2026 registrations to 12 June. Candidates must register via the Participant Page (enem.inep.gov.br) and, if they are not exempt, pay an R$ 85 fee. Automatic enrollment will be applied to public‑school students in the third year of high school and fourth year of professional education, though they must still confirm their registration, choose a foreign language, and request any required accommodations.

The exams are scheduled for 8 and 15 November. The extended deadline gives roughly 100 000 Bahia students a chance to request fee exemptions with school assistance, and the new automatic enrollment aims to streamline participation for public‑school students across Brazil.
