Brazil hospitality sector expands with new resorts for 2026/2027 season

Brazil is seeing an expansion and diversification of its hospitality sector, with new hotels and resorts preparing for the 2026/2027 summer season. New developments are planned or recently opened across various regions, including Alagoas, Paraíba, Maranhão, Amazonas, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, and Ceará.

In Ceará, Beach Park is preparing to launch the Ohana Beach Park Resort in Aquiraz. Scheduled for a soft opening on September 29, the resort features 226 apartments across seven categories. The facility includes a central pool, kids club, gym, and a spa by L’Occitane au Brésil. This new addition joins four other resorts within the Beach Park ecosystem, which include the Acqua, Suites, Wellness, and Oceani properties.
