Brazil launches new free courses for rural producers

The Sistema FAEP in Paraná announced the addition of 53 new free training courses for agricultural producers, bringing the total of new and updated offerings to 71 and expanding its catalog to 259 courses covering topics such as tractor operation, soil fertility, precision agriculture, coffee cultivation, digital marketing and rural insurance.

At the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro, the 19th Semana do Produtor Rural (Seprodur) event continues, offering 60 short courses with 368 participants so far. The program, coordinated by professor Ricardo Garcia, targets small and family farmers in the north and northwest of the state and aims to improve technical skills, sustainability and market access for the regional agro‑food sector.
