In Mauá, the city has completed the revitalization of four Basic Health Units (UBSs) as of September. The most recent is the UBS Oratório, officially named Bispo Altino Moreira dos Santos. The 870.85-square-meter facility underwent comprehensive structural, electrical, and hydraulic renovations, including roof replacements and modernized facades. The unit now features nine consultation rooms, including a 'Sala Lilás' dedicated to the protected care of women victims of violence.

In Guaratinguetá, the Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic (AME) Pedregulho is beginning a renovation process. To maintain service continuity, the Municipal Health Secretariat is decentralizing various medical specialties to other local health units. These temporary relocations include services such as orthopedics, cardiology, and ophthalmology, which will be distributed across several UBS locations until the renovation is complete.
