The parties argue that the video constitutes premature electoral propaganda, violates the TSE’s 2024 resolution prohibiting synthetic audiovisual content (deepfakes) in campaigns, and breaches a court order that bars Jair Bolsonaro from any political statements while he serves a house‑arrest sentence. They request a fine of R$ 30,000 against the PL and Flávio’s campaign, and the immediate removal of the video from all online platforms.
