Brazil ranks second globally in hiring intentions for Q4 2026

Brazil ranks second globally in hiring intentions for the fourth quarter of 2026, according to the ManpowerGroup Employment Expectation Survey. With a net employment expectation of 53%, the country follows only India. This represents an 18 percentage point increase compared to the same period last year, with hiring intentions spanning manufacturing, finance, and technology sectors.

A notable trend is the increased focus on early-career talent, with 65% of Brazilian employers expanding recruitment for this profile, significantly higher than the 45% global average. However, companies face challenges regarding recruitment speed, often citing a lack of qualified candidates and a mismatch between job requirements and candidate expectations.

In the hospitality sector, various companies are actively recruiting across Brazil. Current openings include roles such as Content and Internal Communication Analyst at Club Med in Curitiba, Account Executive at Club Med in Belo Horizonte, Sales Manager at Hotel Emiliano in São Paulo, Governance Assistant at Hotel das Cataratas in Foz do Iguaçu, and Hospitality Attendant at Atrio in Goiânia.
