Brazil Shared Services Centers adopt hybrid work at 74% rate

Data from MIA, an intelligence platform by IEG, indicates that the hybrid work model has become the dominant format within the Brazilian Shared Services Center (CSC) market. According to the analysis, 74% of the studied CSCs have adopted hybrid arrangements.

In contrast, 23% of these operations continue to function with a fully in-person model, while only 3% operate entirely remotely. The shift toward hybrid work is driven by a desire to balance employee flexibility and autonomy with the need for in-person interaction to support organizational culture, process integration, and professional development.
