Brazil telecom operators roll out major broadband and convergent service promotions
Nio Fibra announced a promotion that cuts broadband subscription fees by up to 50% and locks prices until January 2030 for selected residential plans. The offer, available in 16 Brazilian states, includes a Wi‑Fi 6 router on the highest‑speed plan and 12 months of Globoplay on the top packages. Customers must commit to a 12‑month contract and can pay via boleto, PIX, debit or credit card.
TIM launched the Ultracombo, a convergent package that bundles mobile plans, fixed‑line fiber broadband and streaming services such as Globoplay or Paramount+. The bundles combine speeds from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps with mobile data allowances of 65 GB to 200 GB, starting at R$ 89.99 in selected locations. The offer ties services to separate contracts but presents a single monthly bill and includes benefits from the TIM Mais loyalty program and optional smartphone discounts.
