Sistema FAEP expands training, fairs and US tech delegation for Brazil's agribusiness

Brazilian Army officers attending the high‑level Course of Policy, Strategy and High Administration visited the Porto de Paranaguá and the headquarters of the Sistema FAEP in Curitiba, receiving briefings on the port’s strategic role and on Paraná’s agro‑production, including drone operations and other technical courses.

The Sistema FAEP organized the Agroleite 2026 fair in Castro, bringing together hundreds of dairy producers and more than 800 agricultural‑college students from across Paraná. The event featured caravans from 17 rural unions, technology demonstrations, and a permanent FAEP stand to support farmer education.

In August, a third delegation of 40 FAEP leaders, representing 31 rural unions from 11 regional groups, arrived in San Francisco for a five‑day technical tour of the United States. The group will visit universities, technology firms and farms in California, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri to study precision agriculture tools such as AI‑driven pest control, automated irrigation, soil‑mapping and tele‑metry. The delegation aims to bring these innovations back to Paraná to boost farm profitability.
