Brazilian Bar Association hosts advocacy festival in Goiás and youth conference in Roraima

The Goiás section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB‑GO) together with the Caixa de Assistência dos Advogados de Goiás (Casag) will hold the Festa da Advocacia on 8 August at the Centre of Culture, Sport and Leisure of Advocacy in Goiânia. The afternoon programme includes performances by sertanejo singer Eddy and pagode group Exquece, an open‑bar of draft beer, and ticket sales ranging from R$ 11 for lawyers to R$ 50 for the general public.

The Roraima section of the OAB (OAB‑RR) will organise the State Conference of Young Advocacy 2026 on 6 August in Boa Vista. The event, titled “Advocacy in Motion: Artificial Intelligence, Market, Entrepreneurship and New Perspectives for Young Lawyers”, offers free registration and will feature speakers discussing AI in law, gender and social security, contracts, international relations, and career prospects for recent graduates.
