In late July 2026, the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) coordinated a series of regional activities across several states. Additionally, the OAB subsection in São José do Egito announced memory-preserving installations, including murals and a gallery of past presidents, for 26 August.

Following these events, OAB-CE hosted the X State Conference of Ceará Advocacy in Fortaleza. The conference drew over 1,500 participants to discuss artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and professional valuation. OAB-CE President Christiane Leitão emphasized the importance of preparing for technological shifts while preserving professional independence and access to justice.
