In Valença, Rio de Janeiro, the 5th Festa do Queijo concluded with thousands of attendees and historic sales records. The four‑day event featured the “Gigante Valenciano,” a 500‑litre cheese touted as the world’s largest cheese platter, and boosted local commerce, hotel occupancy and restaurant traffic.
