Brazilian dancers and choreographers eye Carnival milestones

Brazilian dance professional Rolon Ho has announced his ambition to choreograph for a samba school during the Rio de Janeiro Carnival. Following his participation in the television program ‘Dança dos Famosos’, the former champion aims to earn an ‘Estandarte de Ouro’ and establish himself as a major figure in Brazilian dance.

In related carnival news, personal trainer Grace Fiod has been named the muse for the samba school Barroca Zona Sul for the 2027 Carnival. Fiod, who also recently published a book, will represent the school in the São Paulo carnival circuit.
