Brazilian fintechs advance AI wealth management tools

Brazilian fintech startups are expanding their artificial intelligence capabilities within the wealth management sector. Decade, a startup founded by former Nubank CTO Vitor Olivier and Felipe Meneses, has emerged from stealth mode following an $85 million seed funding round. Supported by investors including Benchmark and Greenoaks, Decade aims to integrate investments, assets, and financial planning into a single AI-driven platform using Open Finance.

Simultaneously, WealthAi has launched a suite of AI agents designed to automate the end-to-end client onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for wealth managers. These agents coordinate data collection, document generation, and identity verification, including PEP and sanctions checks. The system is designed to handle complex structures such as trusts and offshore entities across multiple jurisdictions, only requiring human intervention for final review and approval.
