Sisu+ waitlist approvals published for Paraíba universities

The list of candidates approved from the Sisu+ waitlist was released on 1 July 2026 on the Portal Único de Acesso ao Ensino Superior. The Sisu+ stage, a supplemental phase of Brazil’s Unified Selection System, aims to broaden access to higher education by offering additional slots to students who did not secure places in the regular rounds.

Students approved in the list can enroll in the participating institutions—Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG), Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB) and Instituto Federal da Paraíba (IFPB)—starting that same day, after submitting the required documentation. Registrations for the 2026 Sisu cycle run from 19 to 23 January 2026.
