João Pessoa municipality completes road‑repair operation in nearly 50 neighborhoods

The João Pessoa City Hall, through its Secretariat of Infrastructure (Seinfra), finished a week‑long “tapa‑buraco” operation on Friday, Friday 3 May. Teams worked in 47 locations across the capital, repairing potholes, cleaning and unblocking drainage galleries, extending water networks and maintaining manholes to prevent street flooding.

The work covered neighborhoods such as Centro, Tambauzinho, Treze de Maio, Pedro Gondim, Mandacaru, Jaguaribe, Cabo Branco, Manaíra, Tambaú, Bessa, Água Fria, Castelo Branco, Jardim São Paulo, among others. Residents can request maintenance services through the free “João Pessoa na Palma da Mão” app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
