Brazilian hospitals celebrate 60 and 28 year anniversaries

Two Brazilian medical institutions recently celebrated significant milestones. In Barbacena, the Câmara Municipal held a solemn session to honor the 60th anniversary of Hospital Ibiapaba CEBAMS. During the event, anesthesiologist Dr. Maurício José da Silva Júnior was awarded the Title of Benevolent Citizen, and Aline Capilupe, a professional in Institutional Relations, received a Motion of Applause for her contributions to the hospital.

In Itabuna, the Hospital de Base Luís Eduardo Magalhães (HBLEM) celebrated its 28th anniversary. Managed by the Fundação de Atenção à Saúde de Itabuna (FASI), the hospital held a commemorative event featuring religious services, musical performances, and speeches from local authorities. The celebration included the unveiling of a photographic mural and plans for a memorial to honor deceased staff members.
