Brazilian municipalities invest in new vehicle fleets

The municipality of Camboriú has acquired a Mercedes-Benz Atego 2429/48 high-pressure water jet truck and a 15,000-liter water tanker. The total investment of R$ 775,000 was funded entirely through municipal resources and will be integrated into the Secretariat of Agriculture.

The new equipment features various spray systems, including front nozzles for cleaning streets and sidewalks, a rear duck-type nozzle, and a top-mounted water cannon. These tools are intended to enhance urban cleaning, flowerbed irrigation, and public space maintenance, while also providing support for combating small fires.

In Alta Floresta, Mato Grosso, the local government announced the acquisition of two Volkswagen Constellation 31.320 trucks for R$ 1.46 million. The purchase was formalized through an adhesion to a price registration agreement from the Mato Grosso State Secretariat of Economic Development (Sedec-MT) and will serve the Municipal Secretariat of the City.
