Brazilian regional events boost credit access and innovation for entrepreneurs

On August 10, a business matchmaking event in Beltrão, Paraná, gathered entrepreneurs, 11 financial institutions and partner organisations to showcase credit solutions and foster innovation. The gathering, held at Schaf Bier and organised by the municipal Secretariat of Industry, Commerce, Service, Employment and Tourism together with Sebrae, offered free but limited registration and emphasized strategic use of credit for business growth.

A second event scheduled for August 25 in Uberlândia will bring together funding agencies, universities and research centres to present subsidised credit lines and innovation programmes. Hosted by the Aciub – Associação Empresarial de Uberlândia – in partnership with the Hub Uniube, the forum will feature panels with representatives from FAU/FAEPU, EMBRAPII, FINEP, BNDES, the municipal government and other institutions, aiming to connect companies with financing and research resources to increase competitiveness.
