Festival Timbre 2026 transforms Uberlândia into a music hub
The 14th edition of Festival Timbre will take place in Uberlândia on 8–9 August 2026. More than 30 performances will be staged on two simultaneous venues, featuring veteran artists such as Alceu Valença, Gloria Groove, Marcelo Falcão and Pato Fu, alongside newer acts like BK’, Fresno and Black Pantera. New infrastructure includes the Canto Conforto lounge, the Sesc Hip‑Hop stage, expanded food courts and a creative fair, with full accessibility and sustainability measures.
Organiser Lucas Cordeiro says the festival now functions as a regional economic engine. Thousands of visitors are expected from Minas Gerais, Goiás, São Paulo, the Federal District, Mato Grosso do Sul and Paraná, driving higher occupancy in hotels, increased patronage of bars, restaurants and transport services, and creating hundreds of temporary jobs in production, security, logistics and hospitality. The event is positioned as a catalyst for tourism and the creative economy in the interior of Brazil.
The festival’s programming aims to bridge generations and musical styles, reinforcing Uberlândia’s profile as a cultural destination while promoting inclusive, environmentally‑aware event practices.
