Brazilian School Games see medal successes for Paraíba and Minas Gerais

The 2026 Brazilian School Games (JEBs) in Brasília are showcasing talent from various Brazilian states, with notable performances from Paraíba and Minas Gerais.

The Paraíba delegation has reached a total of 15 medals. Key achievements include gold medals in judo by Maria Moura and in karate by Pâmela Medeiros. Other successes include silver medals in rhythmic gymnastics and judo, alongside several bronze medals in chess, karate, and judo.

Representing Minas Gerais, athlete Marcela Vitória secured a silver medal in the Bronze Series of Judo. Following this achievement, she is scheduled to compete in the Pan-American games in Mexico this November.
