Brazilian Singer Fiuk Charged with Noise Disturbance in São Paulo
Fiuk, the 35‑year‑old Brazilian singer and son of musician Fabio Jr., was formally made a defendant by the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo after neighbors filed a complaint alleging he disturbed the peace in his Alphaville condominium. The accusation was brought by the Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo and cites article 42, inciso III of Decree‑Law 3.688/41, which covers light contraventions for abusive noise.
Fiuk’s legal representatives say the artist did not intend to bother his neighbors. Despite the case, he continues his music career, with a national tour scheduled for September‑October, and remains active on social media, where he shares car‑drift content and recently announced a masterclass on the maneuver.
