Fiuk noise disturbance case in São Paulo

In late July 2026, Brazilian singer Fiuk was named a defendant in a criminal action for disturbance of peace after the São Paulo Public Ministry filed a complaint alleging he repeatedly revved sports cars in his Alphaville condominium garage, creating excessive noise for neighbors. Judge Gustavo Nardi accepted the complaint on 7 July, opening the case and outlining a possible penalty of up to three months’ imprisonment or a fine, while also ordering the residential association to provide any prior complaints.

A few days later, on 3 August, the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo formally confirmed Fiuk’s defendant status. The charge cites a specific contravention for abusive noise. Fiuk’s lawyers maintained that he did not intend to disturb anyone. Despite the legal proceedings, Fiuk continued his music career, with a national tour scheduled for September‑October, and remained active on social media, posting car‑drift content and announcing a masterclass on the maneuver.
