Brazilian states of Goiás and Minas Gerais grant land titles to thousands of rural families

The governor of Goiás, Daniel Vilela, presented the 500th title of the Regulariza Campo program in Goiânia, marking a new phase that will regularize 90 properties across ten municipalities, covering 11,300 hectares. The ceremony also launched a Digital Animal Transit Guide and distributed 417 apiculture kits and 27 mechanized milking sets to local producers, highlighting the state’s aim to reduce bureaucracy and boost agricultural investment.

In Minas Gerais, the state government and Cohab Minas delivered about 300 urban land‑regularization titles in five municipalities—Conselheiro Pena, Alpercata, Ouro Branco, Ervália and São Miguel do Anta—benefiting roughly 800 residents. The effort is part of the Minas Reurb program, intended to expand access to credit, increase property values and secure legal ownership for families across the state.
