Brazilian states provide water trucks, land titles and farm kits to rural municipalities
The Secretariat of Agriculture, Supply, Aquaculture and Fishing (Seag) in Espírito Santo delivered 13 water‑truck units to 12 municipalities, investing R$5.38 million. The trucks, costing R$414 thousand each, will be used for water distribution, drought relief and support to agricultural production in the rural communities of Sooretama, Itarana, São Domingos do Norte, Viana, Alto Rio Novo, Laranja da Terra, Muniz Freire, São Mateus, Apiacá, Divino de São Lourenço, Brejetuba and Ecoporanga.
In Goiás, the State Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Seapa) held a ceremony to hand over 90 regularised land titles covering 11,369.91 hectares, marking the 500th title issued since 2019. The event also included the distribution of 417 apiculture kits to beekeepers in 51 municipalities and 27 mechanised milking kits for dairy producers in several towns. Additionally, the state launched a digital Animal Transit Guide to streamline livestock transport documentation.
