Brazilian Youth Education Programs Host Performances and Graduations

Students of the Projeto Guri in Cravinhos presented a semester‑end showcase on July 1, featuring guitar, percussion, introductory music lessons and a youth choir at the Centro Cultural “Chafi Miguel Salomão”. The free courses, aimed at children and teenagers aged 6 to 18, are supported by the Ministry of Culture, the São Paulo state government and local officials.

The Programa Recriar, an initiative of the Instituto Adelino Miotti and the Soprano Group, celebrated the graduation of 15 youths on July 15 at the UCS Farroupilha auditorium. Participants combined technical training from SENAI with workshops in communication, English, theater and music, and were praised by Soprano CEO Cyro Gazola for their readiness for the job market.
