Brazil's 2026 ENEM Exam Scheduled for November 8 and 15

The Ministry of Education announced that the 2026 edition of Brazil's National High School Exam (ENEM) will be held on two Sundays, 8 and 15 November. Registration opens on 25 May and closes at 23:59 on 5 June, with a fee of R$ 85 for candidates without exemption. Automatic pre‑registration will apply to students enrolled in the third year of high school, who only need to confirm their data online and choose the language version of the test.

The exam may also serve as a high‑school completion certificate for applicants over 18, depending on their scores, reinstating a function removed in 2017. A total of 10,000 new test locations will be added to improve access and reduce travel, aiming to increase participation among recent graduates.
