Multiple Brazilian higher‑education institutions have launched registration periods for their 2027 admission cycles.

The Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) opened a revalidation process for migrant and refugee diplomas, accepting applications until 21 August, and also announced a free master's program in Education with 121 seats, open until 7 August. UFPR’s postgraduate programs in Anthropology and Archaeology have 16 master’s and 10 doctoral slots, with applications closing on 18 October.

The Universidade Federal de Roraima (UFRR) began accepting applications for its vestibular, offering 747 places across 38 courses; the deadline is 31 August. The Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (UFJF) started enrollment for the PISM 2027 program, providing 1,846 seats at its Juiz de Fora campus and 400 additional seats in Governador Valadares, with registrations ending 14 August.

The Fundação de Apoio à Escola Técnica (Faetec) in Rio de Janeiro is closing sign‑up for free distance‑learning courses (about 15 000 spots) on 26 July. The Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR) opened a simplified selection for remnant seats from SISU or Mais Enem, accepting applications until 5 August. The Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (Unioeste) opened its vestibular for 2027, offering more than 1 340 vacancies in 67 courses across several campuses.

All deadlines fall between late July and early August, with many programs targeting students from low‑income backgrounds through fee‑waiver provisions.
