Brazil's Interior Fashion Events Showcase Emerging Talent

The Max Fashion Tour arrived in Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, on 19‑21 June 2026, offering free auditions for participants aged 0‑60. Organized by Max Fama, the three‑day event provided workshops, editorial shoots and evaluations aimed at scouting models, advertisers and digital‑content creators. Director Ariane Campos said, “We find talent everywhere in Brazil… the Max Fashion Tour exists to bring those opportunities to people who want to learn about the market and develop their talent.”

On 17 June, Fortaleza's Centro Fashion hosted the launch of the 4th edition of the Festival de Moda de Morrinhos, a project of the Morrinhos municipality and the Associação de Comerciantes e Confecções de Morrinhos (ACCONF). The festival seeks to strengthen the state's garment‑making hub in Sítio Alegre, create visibility for local designers and generate business links. President Gardênia Maria Silveira highlighted the event as “a celebration of our identity and the creativity of our entrepreneurs,” while Centro Fashion manager Albanir Américo noted the launch as a step toward tighter integration of capital‑city and interior fashion sectors.
