The third Agrofeira de Lago da Pedra, organized by the Senar Maranhão system in partnership with Sebrae and local entities, offered 18 free courses and trained nearly 280 rural producers, students and workers in Maranhão. The event showcased practical technologies, from dairy and meat processing to drone usage and value‑adding food production, and included a rural producers' meeting on beef and fish farming.

The Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária (CNA) initiated the Rally Forrageiras for the Semi‑árido on August 3 in Baixa Grande, Bahia. The rally aims to transfer research‑tested forage technologies to producers in the Brazilian semi‑arid Northeast and northern Minas Gerais. Activities include field days, visits to research stations, distribution of a technical guide and a keynote on using sub‑products for livestock feed, leveraging the project’s 12 reference units across ten states.
