Brigade Enterprises partners with Hyatt for two Bengaluru hotels

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has signed management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to operate two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, India. The properties will consist of a total of 600 rooms.

The first hotel, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park, will be developed by Brigade Estates and Projects. It is part of a 25-acre business and engineering development and will include approximately 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The second hotel, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will be developed by Ananthay Properties. This location will feature a ballroom exceeding 10,000 square feet along with various meeting spaces.

Both hotels will be integrated into larger mixed-use developments and will offer amenities such as restaurants, rooftop and pool bars, and fitness facilities to serve business and leisure travelers.
