Hotel development in Bengaluru

Overview

Major hospitality groups are expanding their presence in Bengaluru, India, through new hotel development projects.

In early October, Hilton Worldwide Holdings signed an agreement with the Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group to develop two dual-branded hotels near Kempegowda International Airport. The project, located within the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, will include a Conrad Bengaluru Airport and a Hilton Bengaluru Airport, totaling 600 rooms. These properties are expected to open in 2030.

Later in the month, Brigade Enterprises Ltd announced management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in the city. These properties will also provide a combined 600 rooms. One will be located at Brigade Global Park, while the other will be situated on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Both developments are intended to serve business and leisure travelers through integrated mixed-use facilities.
