Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler uncertain of Femi Azeez return

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Fabian Hurzeler has stated that there is no clear timeline for when winger Femi Azeez will make his competitive debut for the club. The 25-year-old Nigerian international joined the Seagulls from Millwall on transfer deadline day but has been sidelined by a minor hamstring injury.

While Azeez has made progress in his recovery and recently featured in a friendly during the international break, Hurzeler emphasized the need for patience. The manager noted that while the injury does not appear to be a major issue, the club is carefully managing his fitness to ensure he is fully prepared before returning to action. Azeez missed Brighton's UEFA Conference League fixture against Jablonec as a result.
