Brăila: Two youths arrested for violent assault in Tudor Vladimirescu

Two young individuals, aged 16 and 20, have been placed under 30-day preventive arrest following a violent assault in the Tudor Vladimirescu locality of Brăila County.

The incident occurred on August 22 around 10:30 PM. The suspects allegedly attacked a 25-year-old man and a 45-year-old man using blunt objects and a sharp instrument. One of the victims required emergency transport via SMURD helicopter to a hospital in Bucharest due to the severity of the injuries.

Following an investigation by the Brăila Police and under the supervision of the Brăila Prosecutor's Office, the Brăila Court approved the preventive detention measure on August 24.
