Bristol Cars announces comeback with revival of Fighter V10

Bristol Cars is attempting a brand comeback by reviving the Bristol Fighter, the manufacturer's final model produced before its 2011 insolvency. To mark the company's 80th anniversary, five additional Fighter units will be completed using original, unused chassis found in storage.

By utilizing these existing chassis, the vehicles can be registered under Individual Vehicle Approval with 2008-era specifications, bypassing modern noise, emission, and safety regulations. The cars will retain the signature 8.0-liter V10 engine, which can be tuned to produce between 532 and 608 bhp, with top speeds reaching approximately 338 km/h (210 mph).

One completed demonstration model, finished in black with a brown interior, is set to debut at Salon Privé. The remaining four vehicles will be available for customization by prospective owners, who can choose between left-hand and right-hand drive configurations. While specific pricing has not been disclosed, the project is being carried out in collaboration with an unnamed British manufacturer.
