Britney Spears releases unreleased 2001 song ‘She’ll Never Be Me’

Britney Spears has released ‘She’ll Never Be Me’, an unreleased song originally recorded in 2001 during the sessions for her self-titled third studio album. The track marks her first new music release in three years.

Co-written with her former partner Justin Timberlake, Bradley Daymond, and Alex Greggs, the song was produced by Riprock ‘n’ Alex G. The release serves as a precursor to the 25th-anniversary deluxe edition of the album ‘Britney’, which is scheduled for release on November 6.

The upcoming anniversary edition will feature five previously unreleased tracks, including ‘Am I a Sinner’, ‘When I Say So’, ‘My Big Secret’, and a studio version of ‘Right Now (Taste The Victory)’, which was originally used in a 2002 Pepsi commercial.
