Brooke Hanlon family backs investigators in unsolved NJ stabbing death
The family of Brooke Hanlon, a 35-year-old psychotherapist found stabbed to death in her Chester, New Jersey, home, has issued a statement expressing “full and unwavering confidence” in law enforcement investigators.
Hanlon was discovered on June 6 by her husband, James “Conor” Hanlon, who made a frantic 911 call requesting CPR instructions after finding her unresponsive. The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office determined the cause of death to be “multiple sharp force injuries.”
Two months after the homicide, no suspects or persons of interest have been named in the investigation. A $1,000 reward is currently being offered for information leading to progress in the case. Hanlon is survived by her husband and their young daughter.
