BTG Pactual assumes control of Nubank Parque and acquires BRB assets

BTG Pactual has assumed majority operational control of the Nubank Parque stadium after acquiring WTorre's debt. Under the new arrangement, WTorre will remain a minority partner with a seat on the Board of Directors. The bank intends to maintain current management and honor existing contracts through 2044. While BTG will receive a larger share of commercial revenues, the percentage allocated to Palmeiras will increase progressively until 2044.

In a separate series of transactions, BTG Pactual has been a primary buyer of assets from BRB (Banco de Brasília) as the latter seeks liquidity. BTG has purchased more than half of the R$ 10 billion in assets sold by BRB, primarily consisting of real estate credit portfolios. These portfolios involve loans for property purchases or construction, where BTG becomes the new creditor for the original borrowers.
